What is the delivery time of my package?
Ordered before 12.00, you should receive your order within the next 2 working days. If you place an order on Friday after 12.00 or on Saturdays or Sundays, your order will be shipped on the Monday thereafter. Please take note that delivery is dependent on the backlog and capacity of the delivery service provider.
What are the delivery costs?

The shipping cost within the Netherlands is €5,60

What are the conditions of the discount codes?

All discount codes are valid up to and including the expiration date stated with the codes.

Discount codes can be redeemed once.

You cannot redeem discount codes for cash or have them added to your balance.

If you cancel or return an item, the discount on that item will expire.

If you return all items, the entire discount will expire.

You can only use one discount code per order.

How do I send an item back?

If you are not completely satisfied and would you like to return an item, you can do so within 14 days after receipt of the order. Please remember to add the return form to the package, otherwise your return will not be processed. You are free to send your package with a parcel service of your choice.

Keep in mind the following when returning:

Make sure you send your return within 14 days after receipt of your order;

The items must be returned in their original condition.

Please make sure that the package is well packed so that it can’t damage during transport. Please take note that the cost of returning items is for your own account.


The returned items will not be taken back if: they are worn / washed, they are damaged and / or you yourself have tried to repair any damage.

Do I always get a confirmation when I place my order?

Yes for sure. As soon as you order online you will receive a confirmation email. As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation. If it’s not in your inbox, please check your junk mail.
